Running

In June 2024 I installed the None To Run app and 3 months later I had finished the basic running plan to get me running 25 minutes in one go.

As I progress, this table will focus on my longer runs, not every single activity. I am now using the Nike Running Club app and following the half-marathon program, with the aim of completing the Luxembourg half-marathon at the end of May 2025.
