Drinking Guinness

My very first visit to Ireland, on a day trip from London to visit the University of Limerick Open Day of all things, was topped off by my first Guinness in Ireland, at Shannon airport waiting for me flight back.

They made me wait 3 minutes at the bar for the beer to settle before topping it off...

...and then I waited another 2 minutes at the table for that last bit to settle.
